【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodforsensoryevaluationoftestsampleswiththeaimofplacingaseriesoftestsamplesinarankingorder.Themethodappliestoperformingmultisampledifferencetestingusingthecriterionofintensityofsingleattributes,componentsofattributesortotalimpression.Itisespeciallyrecommendedforthepre-sortingoftestsamples(tobefollowedbytheapplicationofothertestmethods)orwhenothermethodsarebeyondthecapabilitiesoftheassessorstousereliably.Amongotherthings,themethodenablestheinfluenceofdifferentrawmaterials,processing,treatment,packagingandstoragetobedetermined.Itmayalsobesuitableforuseinthetrainingofassessors.
