JB/T 7963.3-1997 本标准等效采用 ISO 4875/Ⅲ-1978《金属切割带锯条 第3部分：各类型锯条的特性》。 本标准从生效之日起，同时代替 JB/T 7963.2-95。 本标准规定了按制造材料分类的各种金属切割带锯条（以下简称带锯条）种类，并按 JB/T 7963.2-1997规定的系列，标明了各类型带锯条的规格尺寸。 带锯条硬度和试验方法，按附录A（提示的附录）。

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthelaboratorydeterminationoftherateatwhichcopperisreleasedfromanantifouling(AF)coatinginsubstituteoceanwater.Thepracticallimitsforquantifyingcopperreleaseratesbythismethodarefrom1.8to500gcm-2d-1.Thisrangemaybeextendedto0.2to500gcm-2d-1iftheanalyticalproceduredescribedinisfollowed.Note1Theterm"substituteoceanwater"isusedthroughoutthisstandardtorefertoartificialorsyntheticseawaterpreparedinaccordancewithPracticeD1141.1.2Theprocedurecontainsthepreparationstepsforthereleaseratedeterminationofcopperfromantifoulingpaintsincludingapparatus,reagents,holdingtankconditions,andsamplingpointdetails.AnalysisfortheconcentrationofcopperinsubstituteoceanwaterrequirestheaccuratedeterminationofcopperatthelowpartsgL-1(partsperbillion,ppb)level.Todetectandcorrectforreagentimpurities,acceptableanalyticalprecisionstandardsarenecessary.Therefore,thelimitofquantitation(LOQ)forcopperinsubstituteoceanwaterfortheanalyticalmethodshallbe10gL-1(10ppb)orless.TheprocedurefordeterminingtheLOQforcopperinsubstituteoceanwaterfortheanalyticalmethodisfoundin.1.3Asuitablemethodisdescribedin(graphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectroscopy,GF-AAS).Otheranalyticalmethodsmaybeutilizedwithrelevantproceduralchanges,asneeded,toaccommodateselectedspecificmethods.Suchmethodsmustmeetthelimitofquantitationforcopperinsubstituteoceanwaterof10gL-1(10ppb)orless.See.1.4Thisresultsofthistestmethoddonotreflectenvironmentalcopperreleaseratesforantifoulingproducts,andarenotsuitablefordirectuseintheprocessofgeneratingenvironmentalriskassessments,environmentalloadingestimates,orforestablishingreleaseratelimitsforregulatorypurposes.SeealsoSection4onSignificanceandUse.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetypracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,seeSection7.
