【摘要】:Thelaboratorypreparationofliquidblendsofknowncompositionisrequiredtoprovideanalyticalstandardsforthecalibrationofchromatographicandothertypesofanalyticalinstrumentation.1.1Thispracticecoversalaboratoryprocedureforthepreparationofsmallvolumesofmulticomponentliquidblendsforuseasanalyticalstandards.1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletocomponentsthatarenormallyliquidsatambienttemperatureandpressure,orsolidsthatwillformasolutionwhenblendedwithliquids.Butanescanbeincludedifprecautionisusedinblendingthem.1.3Thispracticeislimitedtothosecomponentsthatfulfillthefollowingconditions:1.3.1Theyarecompletelysolubleinthefinalblend.1.3.2Theyarenotreactivewithotherblendcomponentsorwithblendcontainers.1.3.3Thecombinedvaporpressureoftheblendedcomponentsissuchthatthereisnoselectiveevaporationofanyofthecomponents.Thebutanecontentoftheblendisnottoexceed10%.(Warning:Extremelyflammableliquefiedgasunderpressure.Vaporreducesoxygenavailableforbreathing.)Componentswithavaporpressurehigherthanbutanesarenottobeblended.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
