【摘要】:Thalliumisextractedfromsoilbyamixtureofnitricacidandhydrogenperoxide,anddeterminedinsolutionbyelectrothermalatomicabsorptionspectrometry,inwhichdiscretevolumesofsamplesolutionaredispensedintoagraphitetube.Byincreasingthetemperatureofthistubestepwise,theprocessesofdrying,thermaldecompositionofthematrixandthermaldissociationintofreeatomsoccur.Theresultingabsorptionsignalshould(underoptimumconditions)beasharpsymmetricalpeakwithaheightproportionaltotheelementconcentrationinsolution.
