【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesproceduresfordeterminingthespecificvolumeofplasticsasafunctionoftemperatureandpressureinboththemoltenandsolidstates.Thestandardspecifiestheuseofapiston-equippedapparatusinwhichthetestsample,heldinameasurementcell,ispressurizedbymeansofthepiston.Measurementsunderconditionsofconstantpressureorconstanttemperaturecanbemade.Intheconstant-pressuremode,themaximumheatingandcoolingratespermissiblearerestrictedto5℃/min.NOTEHigherheatingandcoolingratescanbeused,butdatawillthenhavetobecorrectedforthermalgradients[13].Fortheacquisitionofdataneededforprocessingdesign,itisrecommendedthattheisobariccoolingmethodbeused(seeISO17282).Theresultofthismeasurementcannotbeuseddirectlyforinjection-mouldingsimulation.Byusingtheseprocedures,itispossibletoobtain:—pvTdiagramsthatrepresenttherelationshipwhichexistsbetweenpressure,specificvolumeandtemperatureforagivenmaterial;—compressibilityandvolumetricthermal-expansioncoefficients;—informationonfirst-orderandglasstransitionsasafunctionoftemperatureandpressure.Althoughthermoplasticpolymersarecurrentlytesteddowntoroomtemperatureusingtheseprocedures,itisemphasizedthat,attemperatureslowerthanTg,thedifficultyinachievingatruehydrostaticstateisasourceofuncertaintyonthespecificvolumemeasurement.

【摘要】:TheproposedactionaimsatallstakeholdersoftheE-Learninglifecycle,suchascourseauthors,providers,trainers/tutorsandasimportantlearners.Theactionissupportedbyconsumercouncils(ANEC)whichspecificallyrequirestheseactivitiesfromthelearners'perspective.Otherstakeholderswillbeincludedbymultipliers,suchaseLIG(e-LearningIndustryGroup),academicassociationsandselectedqualityprojects(e.g.fromtheELearninginitiativeandtheISTprogrammesoftheEuropeanCommission).TheCEN/ISSSWorkshoponLearningTechnologyStandardswillincludethekeystakeholderstoensurethemaximumconsensusrateandacceptance.Allkeystakeholdersforthelearningprocessareinvolvedintheworkontheadaptationguidelinesbasedontheforth-comingISOqualitystandard,specificallyinthiscontext,learners,contentproviders,serviceproviders,consultants,trainers,tutorsandadministrationareinvolved.TheactivitywillshowdifferentimplementationstopromotetheEuropeandiversityofE-Learningqualityapproaches.Therefore,Europeanrequirementsareincludedandpromoted.Theresultwillhelptoharmonisequalityapproaches,aswellasmaintainingdiversityandindividualisation.TheresultswillthenbefedintotheglobalstandardizationinISO/IECJTC1SC36.ThisCWAisoneofthreeCWAsdevelopedbytheProjectTeamQualityworkgroup.CWA1providesgoodpracticeforE-Learningqualityapproaches.Itresultsdirectlyfromexperienceswhenapplyingqualitystrategiesintopracticemostlyfromadecisionmakers-perspective.Inaddition,CWA2aimsatcoveringtheexperiencesgainedinE-Learningsituationsfromthelearner'sperspective.ItsresultingLET(LearningExperienceTransparency)Profilewillenableknowledgeexchangeandimprovedecisionprocesses.Stakeholdersinvolvedaremainlyproducers,learnersandcustomercouncils(specificallyANECandnationalconsumercouncils).ThisCWA(CWA3)finallyprovidesaconceptualframework(metadatamodelandprocessmodel)toillustrateandsupporttheprocessofselectingandapplyingasuitablequalityapproachtoaspecificE-Learningsituationfromaconceptualpointofviewincludingallstakeholders.TheproposedConceptualModelwillimprovetheabilitytoshare,exchangeandimproveknowledgeonqualityapproachesinthefieldofE-Learningbyprovidingamethodologytoimproveinteroperabilityandknowledgeexchange.TheusefulnessofthemodelhasbeentestedintheE-Learningproject"EuropeanQualityObservatory".
