【摘要】:Thisdocumentappliestocentrifugalpumpswithoutprimingdevicesforfire-fightingusedesignedas—floatingpumps(FPN-F),—submersiblepumps(FPN-S)or—boostedpumps(FPN-B).Fire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimeraredefinedasterminatedbytheirinletandoutletconnectionsaswellasbytheirshaftends.Thisdocumentappliesforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimingdevicesforuseunderambienttemperaturesbetween-15℃and40℃.NOTE1Forspecialconditions,-30℃;see6.11.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimerofwhichtheonlypowersourceisdirectlyappliedmanualeffort.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimer,intendedtobeusedasinterchangeableequipment(i.e.combinedbytheuserwithanothermachineorvehicleactingasadriver).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimerwithanominaldeliverypressurepNabove15bar.NOTE2HighpressurepumpswithprimeraredealtwithinEN1028-1andEN1028-2.Thisdocumentspecifiestheclassificationandgeneralrequirementsforfire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimingdeviceswithanominaldeliveryrateofupto6000l/min.ThisdocumentdealswithsignificanthazardslistedinClause4,hazardoussituationsandeventsduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceoffire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimingdevices,usedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththedetailedverificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirementsand/orprotectivemeasures.ThesearecoveredinEN14710-2"Verificationofgeneralandsafetyrequirements".Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithnoise.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwiththetechnicalsafetyrequirementsforthedesignormanufactureofdriversorofadditionalequipmentintendedtobefittedtoinletandoutletconnections.Itdoesnotcoverrisksdirectlyarisingfrommeansprovidedfortheportability,transportability,andmobilityofpumpunitsduringorbetweenperiodsofoperation,orrequirementsforpowertransmissiondevices.Inaddition,thisdocumentdoesnotcover:—hazardsoccurringduetodecommissioning;—hazardsduringuseduetoaspecificenvironment(e.g.trafficduringuseonpublicroads,potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres).Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytofire-fightingcentrifugalpumpswithoutprimerthataremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisdocument.

【摘要】:Thispracticedeterminestheeffectsofactinicradiation,elevatedtemperature,andmoistureonsealantsandtheirconstituentsundercontrolledlaboratoryartificialweathertestconditions.Whenconductingexposuresindeviceswhichuselaboratorylightsources,itisimportanttoconsider(1)howwelltheartificialtestconditionswillreproducepropertychangesandfailuremodescausedbyend-useenvironmentsonthesealantbeingtestedand(2)thestabilityrankingofsealants.RefertoPracticeG151forfullcautionaryguidanceregardinglaboratoryweathering.Becauseofdifferencesinthespectralpowerdistributionsoftheexposuresources(xenonarc,fluorescentUVlamps,andopenflamecarbonarc),aswellasotherconditionsusedinthethreetypesoflaboratoryweatheringtests,includingtemperature,typeandamountofmoisture,andtestcycles,thesethreeproceduresmaynotresultinthesameperformancerankingortypesoffailuremodesofsealants.Further,differentexposuredurationsmayberequiredfortestingtheweatheringperformanceofsealantsbythethreetypesofexposures.Comparisonsshouldnotbemadeoftherelativestabilityofsealantsexposedinthedifferenttypesofapparatus.Variationsinresultsmaybeexpectedwhenoperatingconditionsarevariedwithintheacceptedlimitsofthispractice.Therefore,alltestresultsusingthispracticemustbeaccompaniedbyareportofthespecificoperatingconditionsasrequiredinSection10.RefertoPracticeG151fordetailedinformationonthecaveatsapplicabletouseofresultsobtainedaccordingtothispractice.Nolaboratoryexposuretestcanbespecifiedasatotalsimulationofactualuseconditionsinoutdoorenvironments.TherelativedurabilityofmaterialsinactualuseconditionscanvaryindifferentlocationsbecauseofdifferencesinUVradiation,timeofwetness,relativehumidity,temperature,pollutants,andotherfactors.Resultsobtainedfromtheselaboratoryacceleratedexposurescanbeconsideredasrepresentativeofactualuseexposuresonlywhenthedegreeofrankcorrelationhasbeenestablishedforthespecificmaterialsbeingtestedandwhenthefailuremodeisthesame.Exposureofasimilarmaterialofknownoutdoorperformance,acontrol,alongwiththetestspecimensprovidesforevaluationintermsofrelativedurabilityunderthetestconditions,whichalsogreatlyimprovestheagreementintestresultsamongdifferentlaboratories.Theaccelerationfactorrelatingtheexposuretimeinalaboratoryacceleratedtesttoexposuretimeoutdoorsrequiredtoproduceequivalentdegradationismaterialdependentandcanbesignificantlydifferentforeachmaterialandfordifferentformulationsofthesamematerial.Therefore,theaccelerationfactordeterminedforonematerialcannotbeassumedtobeapplicabletoothermaterials.ResultsofthisprocedurewilldependonthecarethatistakentooperatetheequipmentaccordingtoPracticesG152,G154,andG155.Significantfactorsincluderegulationofthelinevoltage,freedomfromsaltorotherdepositsfromwater,temperaturecontrol,humiditycontrol,whereapplicable,conditionandageoftheburnersandfiltersinxenonarcequipment,andageoflampsinfluorescentUVequipment.Note18212;Additionalinformationonsourcesofvariabilityandonstrategiesf.......
