适用范围
ＧＢ／Ｔ５１２１《铜及铜合金化学分析方法》共有２７部分。本部分为第５部分。本方法规定了铜及铜合金中镍含量的测定方法。本方法适用于铜及铜合金中镍含量的测定。测定范围：0.0001％～0.0010％。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５１２１．５—１９９６《铜及铜合金化学分析方法 镍量的测定》和ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２９３．８—１９９１《高纯阴极铜化学分析方法 塞曼效应电热原子吸收光谱法测定镍量》。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ５１２１．５—１９９６、ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２９３．８—１９９１相比，主要变动如下：
———方法一是对ＧＢ／Ｔ１３２９３．８—１９９１的修订，测定范围由０．０００１％～０．００２％改为０．０００１％～０．００１０％，补充了质量保证和控制条款，增加了精密度条款；
———方法二是对ＧＢ／Ｔ５１２１．５—１９９６中“第一篇 方法１ 火焰原子吸收光谱法”的修订，补充了质量保证和控制条款，增加了精密度条款；
———方法三是对ＧＢ／Ｔ５１２１．５—１９９６中“第二篇 方法２ Ｎａ２ＥＤＴＡ 滴定法”的修订，补充了质量保证和控制条款，增加了精密度条款；
———增加了方法四：等同采用ＩＳＯ１８１０：１９７６《铜合金———镍（低含量）的测定———丁二酮肟分光光度法》；
———增加了方法五：等同采用ＩＳＯ４７４３：１９８４《铜合金———镍量的测定———滴定法》。

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstestsforthemagneticpropertiesofbasicflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsatpowerfrequencies(25to400Hz)usinga25-cmEpsteintestframeandthe25-cmdouble-lap-jointedcore.Itcoversthedeterminationofcoreloss,rmsexcitingpower,rmsandpeakexcitingcurrent,andseveraltypesofacpermeabilityandrelatedpropertiesofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsunderacmagnetization.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34.Thistestmethodprovidesatestforcorelossandexcitingcurrentatmoderateandhighinductionsupto15kG(1.5T)onnonorientedelectricalsteelsandupto18kG(1.8T)ongrain-orientedelectricalsteels.Thefrequencyrangeofthistestmethodisnormallythatofthecommercialpowerfrequencies50to60Hz.Withproperinstrumentationitisalsoacceptableformeasurementsatotherfrequenciesfrom25to400Hz.Thistestmethodalsoprovidesproceduresforcalculatingacimpedancepermeabilityfrommeasuredvaluesofrmsexcitingcurrentandforacpeakpermeabilityfrommeasuredpeakvaluesoftotalexcitingcurrentsatmagnetizingforcesuptoabout150Oe(12000A/m).Explanationofsymbolsandabbreviateddefinitionsappearinthetextofthistestmethod.TheofficialsymbolsanddefinitionsarelistedinTerminologyA340.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)unitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbracketsexceptforthesectionsconcerningcalculationswherethereareseparatesectionsfortherespectiveunitsystems.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthesystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththistestmethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
